Our workshops/presentations cover the traditional and not so traditional basics that insure the development of Career and Personal Effectiveness Skills. They are unique in that they provide participants with innovative processes of experimental training and exercises that become meaningful learning experiences.  Mardac 's training gives participants dynamic and practical tools to enhance and improve their on-the-job skills. Sessions are custom designed to meet an organization's specific needs.

Marge Dathe Cieri, Founder of Mardac Consultants, brings over 25 years of expertise. She specializes in human resource management, focusing on organizational development, management and employee training, mediation, and personnel systems. As a consultant, Marge has traveled extensively in the United States and Asia and is an expert in Japanese business management methods. She is a master trainer for the world's largest training company. Also, Marge is an adjunct professor at the University of Oregon's College of Business Administration and the Linfield College School of Business.

Marge has a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology both from the University of Oregon.

Mike Cieri has been in the Human Resource Management field for over 16 years. During this time he has held a variety of management positions, including several years on the executive management team of a large corporation as Vice President of Human Resources and Safety, as well as Vice President of Operations. His areas of expertise include legal compliance, workers’ compensation, leadership development, performance management, coaching, training and development, compensation analysis, strategic planning, and developing best practices

Mike has a Masters degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Oregon, is a Certified Safety Director, Co-Active Coaching Practioner, and a national speaker. Mike also is an adjunct professor at Oregon State University in the college of business.

Richard D. "Denny" Charlton, Ph.D.provides consulting services designed to develop leaders and organizations. He focuses in the area of team-building, executive coaching, rapid problem resolution in business systems, and management development. He seeks to work with clients who are highly proactive and bold in their strategies for maximizing the performance of their people. "You hire a person for their skills but the whole person comes to work." Dr. Charlton has extensive training in both individual and group psychological interventions. He has 25 years of experience in performing in-depth assessments, both individual and multi-rater, designed to help understand behavioral issues related to the business environment.

Dr. Charlton received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Portland, Oregon.

Meri Justis is a corporate management and staff development trainer. She has provided leadership and communication training and workshops to hundreds of employees, supervisors, and senior management staff from a wide variety of industries. Meri's professional expertise and insight are a result of 25 years in the corporate world conducting communication skills training and recruitment and selection process training within her employer organizations. She specializes in Integrity Systems® Training, which equips managers to build high performing salespeople who achieve their goals.

Meri received her master's degree in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Oregon.
